Pivot Organizational Consulting was founded by Greg Diaz, a library administrator in Chicago with over a decade of experience in community engagement, public service leadership, and human-centered design practices. He created Pivot because he has seen first-hand the challenges that public-serving institutions face when launching new initiatives or adapting to changes in their market. These challenges emerge quickly, making it difficult for organizations to manage daily operations, much less adjusting to unexpected needs.
